I would love to know just how many orders the vendor's "forget" and people that don't follow up on it.

I don't want to seem like a vendor basher, but hey, a purchase is a purchase and if I'm buying a roast beef and cheese sandwich or a convertible top, it doesn't much matter to me. A vendor is a vendor is a vendor is a vendor. Customer service rules. That's where it's at for me, that's what wins me over as a customer.

I hate the zero accountability factor that is so prominent in our hobby . Common sense would say the smaller the better but it seems like these people have a go get it somewhere else attitude.

I bought a rebuilt part from Cars Inc. that arrived in an unuseable condition so I sent it back. I'm out the overnight shipping and restocking charge for a part they never should have shipped out. It was an inhouse rebuild so all accountability for the poor quality is on them yet for some reason I end up out the $$$. I'm not even very picky but I expect a rebuilt part to arrive in ready to bolt on condition. The piece I received needed a few hours of shop time to even be able to use not to mention it would have failed prematurely.
