Package trays are a separate piece. The metal piece is part of the body structure. Just like other parts houses, OPGI has good parts, some not so good.

That metal piece fooled me years ago as well. I realized it does not come out. The corner plastic pieces do come out. You can repaint them all. They should be flat interior color to prevent glare.

Wonder why it specs for 69-72? Doubt 68 is different than 69.

BTW, mine is falling apart. Is this difficult to replace?

The side panels need to come out too Dave.

I'm pretty sure all package trays are made by vendor REM and sold through different places. The one I bought through year 1 and OPGi were REM pieces.

my package tray ceme from legendery http://www.legendaryautointeriors.com/
use your old package tray as a template. there is some trimming required about the edges to obtain the proper fit. if u have a rear window defogger, then u will have to cut that out, also.

I got mine from OPGI and it was no where near a direct fit, used my old one as a template.

Same here. You'll need to trim it.
