In the Buick Camp we have two entries: AUTOMOTIVE MACHINE AND PERFORMANCE BRUCE KENT The following link list all the other competitors: http://www.popularhotrodding.com/enginemasters/challenge/2003/competitors/ RULES: http://www.popularhotrodding.com/enginemasters/challenge/2003/rules/
After reading the rules and the contingency listing. Is it correct that the winner if qulified for all paying contingencies could get $82500 for the win and the runner up get $33000 for their effort? I know that qualifying for all would be a stretch but that could be a lot of money. No wonder so many picked chevy, it would be easier to use all qualified contingency categories than any other make. Imagine a contest that is heavily weighted toward chevy, now there is a first huh.
Tommy, nice avatar! Sometimes I think us hard-core Buick people are about that radical about it. And then Dennis makes the point why! Yeah, I'm looking at draining the bank account a little bit more.... And best of luck to AM&P. If nothing else I think they'll again prove they can run with the rest of them.
