Donny,is this race a three day event?? It is listed as such and just trying to decide if I'm going to run this race or the E-town F.A.S.T. race on Labor day. What is the cost for entry?? My plan is to run one of these and the PSMCDR. How many of you guys are planning on making the trip to Canada?? Passport is here so that's already taking care of.

I think it also reflects the difference in the economies between the two. A long time ago, many of us in Michigan started feeling the effects of what the rest of the nation has felt in the last year. We're fresh out of empathy....

Not saying is isn't bad in NY and other states, just that we've been there for the last 6-8 years...there isn't much left to throw around...and who knows what's coming next with that group of dangerous clowns at the reins in D.C. They don't even bother reporting the bad news anymore, just that it's not as bad as they projected (?) and the growth in bad news is slowing down...guess that's like a bucket that starts to leak less when it starts running out of water.....

I'll guarantee you the interest is still there, just a lot of people here have lost their jobs and not just recently......:rant:

 

The GM camp has some pressure with those odds.

 

Donny,Friday might be hard to make(right now it is too far away to see my work load) but if I came just Sat. could I still run? I see listed on the info page that there is two time trail runs on sat. before the 2 out of 3 races.

Exactly so. Spent too much this year already. Not enough leftover $dough$ to make this trip. And it is only 4 hours from here.

Just out of curiosity, and regardless of reasons, are there many others who haven't registered yet that are still trying to make arrangements to attend? It sure would be nice to see more of the Stanton regulars make an appearance (F.A.S.T., F/S, P/S or otherwise). Roll call?

 

Rhonda and I where excited to go , not only to race and hang out, but never been to Niagra falls either.

BUT THE FATHER IN LAW, has been gracious enough to take the whole family to ALASKA.. Can't pass that one up.

Promise we WILL be there next year!!! I'm all about supporting all the races you can, Good luck everyone.:beer

Echo Pegleg's comments, but do have a passport. Hoping to still make Stanton, but looks like no car at this point. Complicated, engine is done....
