Poverty Caps (4)

(4) poverty caps. Fit 14" and 15" steel wheels. These have several small dents and dings - one picture below shows the worst of the dents. Not sure if these will clean up with polishing - I tried a small area by hand and you could still see blackish specks/marks. Can take additional pictures if needed. Asking $65 shipped in the US. A friend of mine needs one, but if the ones you are selling are in better condition, I'm sure that he would take more. If you can wait until Monday, I will be able to reach him then.
