I sent Rob a message before asking here and he didn't have one available.

Todd i know Bobb at Finishline installs a halo. Not sure if he has them made or if he uses someone else's, but they might be able to help you

I am having one water jetted this week for someone.
What width are you looking for?
I have made Halo’s different widths for different applications.
Are you wanting one to use with spacers under it so you don’t have to machine the main caps or a 7” wide one that will require machining the caps?

We had some snow today here in Kentucky, so it will be next week before I pick up the Halo’s. I am expecting a price increase as I know the price of the 3/8” steel plate has gone up. Once I know my cost, I will post a price for those of you who are interested.
I only make the Halo. You will have to get your ARP Studs direct from ARP or one of their suppliers.

I picked up my Halo this week and the cost of water jetting from my supplier has gone up to $127.00 for one. I furnish the Auto CAD drawing and the 3/8” steel plate. Adding $73 for the material brings it to a total cost of $200 plus the shipping.

I would be interested to see or hear of experiences about the halo girdle helping with engine longevity. I can see it may help bearing scuffing from caps rocking. I’m not knocking I’m just curious.

I don’t have any prof or documentation of engine longevity. I started running them years ago as a way of increasing or straightening the bottom end of the 455 without having to add the expense of a block girdle.
