Lets forget research and development (R&D). I spoke with my brother who is a Dade County Sheriff in Miami Florida today. Respect and Dignity for the families, friends and loved ones of the victims on Sept. 11, 2001. Just a thought regarding the tradgedy that morning.. Upstaged
