Hey now-guys kissing guys is something that you’re born with and can’t change. The Mopar thing? that’s a choice. They have groups for that kinda thing... Patrick
Got the Challenger back from the detail shop. I cant believe the difference. It looks wet! The biggest difference was the wheels- Even had both GS's out. I got the 71 out of storage jail after work. Charged up the battery, primed the carb and she fired right up. How sexy is a GS in black?
I wonder if anyone working for Buick has noticed or cares about people like us who would proudly park a new high power rwd car next to our V8 and Intercooled V6 turbo cars IF they’d build one? (I wondered if, at the 25th GS Nationals, Buick’s people noticed the distinct lack of post ‘87 cars, too. Guess not!) Patrick
We even got a little Ford cameo in there! Funny story....Jen drove me there in the Boss. Turns out the service manager from the dealership Jen bought her car from was there hanging out. He's friends with the owner of Supreme Shine. So Jen gets out of her car and the guy says, "you bought that car from us!" So naturally we were there for a half hour while the service manager and Jen geeked out about Ford performance cars
Notice, the Mopuppy is in the driveway, and the Buick's out on the street. Kicked to the curb, Shame.......
Or maybe the Buick’s get to stay on the street because he wants to show off. Keeps the fOrD and nopar stuff in the driveway and hidden because he’s only a closet idiot
I was wondering if someone would notice that! LOL. I have to play musical cars in a bit and get everything put way.
I found this interesting- When I went to pick up the Challenger, the detail guy went over with me how to take car of the finish now that its ceramic coated. First, he said not all microfiber towels are the same. Who knew? Some do more damage than good. He actually recommended the Costco Kirkland brand yellow microfibers. He also said to use a foam gun on the car. It basically covers the car in soap suds. Unless the car get driven in the rain, the foam gun and a hose is all I'll need to do. He said if I do get caught in the rain, then use a wash mitt. There is special soap and special detailer once a car is ceramic coated. He supplied me with the microfiber towels, wash mitt and the correct drying towels. This guy takes detailing seriously!
Well, since you asked...even if it was a rhetorical question. It's way sexy-er than this: Purple-Nurple--Barney & Barbie Dream Car P***ymobile Paint looks pretty WET on both of em tho!
I must compliment you on your $2,000 shine, looks great. Being thrifty such as I am, this is what I did with a $14.95 can of wax and and some elbow grease. BTW, this car was painted in 1993 and this picture was taken in 2019.
