I have a set of calipers used for the rear disc conversion on our Skylarks and other cars' GM 10-bolt rear. These may work for the 12-bolt as well, I'm not sure. They were originally for a 98-05 rear disc s10 blazer, but can be used with other parts to convert a skylark to rear disc. They are a GM part, part #18024225. I am including the complete caliper,a set of pads, and hoses, for both the RH and LH sides. These sell new for 70-150 a caliper on ebay, and I am asking 60$ for the set plus S&H, as they are in used condition. Here is your chance to convert to rear disc brakes on the cheap. I am located in Billings, MT. Any questions just shoot and i'll answer to the best of my knowledge
Every search for that part # I have come up with is for the rear calipers. that year blazer does use the "drum in hat" style parking brake. Also, Mike D asked if these would clear the stock wheels. they will clear the 15's, but not the 14's.
Those nare the correct rear calipers for a Blazer/Jimmy and they do use a drum parking brake setup inside the rotor.
If anyone else is interested in a set of these, my local you-pull-it junkyard may have another set or two, I can look around the next time i'm out there early next week.
