I have a discussion going on with Legendary Interiors over rear seat dimensions for my 64 Buick Special Convertible, on the depth of the seat from the piping to the edge of the vinyl. Their reproduction rear seat material is measuring 19 1/2" for a 1964. Having said that, I have a OE seat cover from a 66 convertible and it measures 21 1/2". Legendary is saying that GM or Buick, widened the seat depth in 1965 from 19 1/2" to 21 1/2"
    Really? True or fiction?
I was trying to install a 64 Red seat cover on the 66 frame and it is short. Anyone have any knowledge on this? Can Legendary be right that they did widen the depth of the seat? I thought all A body convertible seat frames 64-67 were the exact same.
