reccomended trans. rebuild kits

    I am looking to rebuild my th400 in my 70 GS455 conv. I would like some thoughts on good rebuild kits for street use. My main objective (other than a new trans), is firming up the shifts. I have used B&M products in the past,but have seen & heard a decline in quality/longevity. Trans-Go,as well as ATI have been reccomended to me ,but not by Buick people. Thanks for your help

    I used the rebuild kit from TCI. I also put the TransGo 400-2 shift kit in it, instead of using the shift kit parts included in the TCI rebuild kit. I used Sessions' book for 'how-to' with pics.
