  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra. Recommendations for engine shop in Phoenix to rebuild a 63 401 Nailhead?

    Whats up fellow Nailheads! I have a '61 2DR Electra that has a '63 Nailhead in it. It runs ok but it has low compression and I am looking to have it rebuilt and maybe get a little more out of it.

    Also looking at putting something other than the Dynaflow behind it while the engine is out. Would love to do something like a Tremec but may just go ST400 due to cost and ease. Silver Sport has a T-5 kit built for the 401 which is very tempting and they say most shops should be able to do the swap in 10 hours.

    Anyway I am in the Phoenix AZ area and looking for a shop I can trust here, anybody have any suggestions or experience?
