I am trying to remove the 1-2 accumulator valve in my ST400 valve body. There appears to be a roll or spring pin holding it in place. The pin goes in from one side, but there is no opening on the other side to push it out. I would like to remove it to clean thoroughly and modify per the instructions in my transgo shift kit. Any tricks on getting the pin out? I have tried prying it out with a screwdriver and hooking it, but cannot get a good hold on it to make it move. I am thinking of finding a screw that fits inside, screwing it into the pin and pulling it our with the screw. Obviously, I am gonna need to replace it using this method

    Thanks
    Doug

    Just pulled it out

For future reference, thread the tip of a sheet metal screw into the pin (it doesn't need to thread in very deep) and pull out with pliers. Didn't even mess up the pin.
