Could you imagine the rental fees!!!! "Yes, I would like to rent a Mustang for the weekend!" "Okay, I am sorry but that one is spoken for. Would you like to try our weekend special. We have a Survivor Hemi Challenger for a special weekend rate, but if that is too much for you to handle, I can put you in this cute little AMC. It is sure to put a smile on your face!" "I see that you have some Pontiacs over in the corner. Could I try one for the weekend?" "Keep your filthy eyes away from my PONCHOS!!!! Those are the only REAL race cars I own!!!!" :3gears: :3gears: :beers2: :moonu:

I will be there Friday to watch and film!! I tried my first Weymouth Muscle Car Rental. Not too shabby :TU:
I'll be there with the '68 GS400 Convertible 4-speed, looking for a rematch with the RamRod! Since there's been some upgrades to the GS, should be ready for some beating on the RamRod. It got washed in the rain at Garber Buick in Saginaw on July 14, and on July 5th it got a whole new front end, upper and lower control arms powder coated, with new bushings and ball joints and new springs, as well as a couple of other upgrades needed since 1990 when I got it. So DH, Look out, should be great fun!
What I need is my 66! What an ornery car. Guess it'll be the Ramrod again. Maybe if I don't eat a big Philadelphia hoagie before the race? I lost at Beaver Springs by .02 with help at the line. Murdoch gave me a little shove to help overcome the bog. Couldn't get the car to spin. Had to be worth at least 0.2 in the 60 footer. View My Video Should have launched harder......again.
You can do it: >SNIP< In a throwback to the famed Shelby GT350H "Rent-A-Racer" program from the 1960s, Ford, Shelby Automobiles and Hertz are partnering to produce a special run of performance-modified Ford Mustang GTs designated Shelby GT-H, for "Hertz" that will be available for rent later this spring exclusively through Hertz. Approximately 500 units will be available through the Hertz Fun Collection at select airport locations Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Nevada, Oregon and Washington. Forty years ago, Carroll Shelby and Hertz came up with a plan to help get a batch of high-performance, special-edition Shelby Mustangs into the hands of rental customers who also happened to be car enthusiasts. Today, the surviving Shelby GT350H Mustangs are among the most sought-after collector cars in the world. Ford and Shelby are hoping to relive that magic with this modern interpretation. >SNIP<
I'll be there with the Cobra. Might have something else there, too. I'm looking for a rematch with Frank. Are you ready, Frank?
Some of what we were doing you could call golf...... with a little stretch. Thank goodness for the beer cart and a good sale this weekend on Blue Light. Sorry I missed you, Jan said you called. o No:
Donny, Rusty (funny stuff Rusty), and Brian I like the idea. As you can see the pilot program is going well with Jody. Apparently his barely toddling son has claimed full rights to the first (GT350W) K code. The funny thing was I never understood that you could charge for this thing you call renting. My friends and family have always implied that it was simply an open door policy. I open the door and they take a car. Heck my younger brother never bothered to wait for me to open the door, he just left empty spots as a clue to who had been around. Larry has had me convinced all these years that it was a privilege for me to be able to work on his cars.ou: Really guys we can charge for these things? Jody new rule you don't get the '64 Goat back until I get a check for the rental!:moonu: Mark's Racer's Emporium "We rent it you race it"
