Years ago we saw an old '68 Camaro pulling 8s. It was driven to the track, and it didn't bottom out - kept pulling through the traps. No forced induction or nitrous.

10's I figured it would'nt be too long before Terry did it,I think Dudek will be running 10's also, if his car gets done.Should make for some interesting racing at the Nats!I guess I better get back to tuning! :grin:

Don`t get too excited yet. I talked with Terry and the track was just terrible that day, traction was super bad. Because he didn`t want to just call it a day & waste the entire day he bolted on sticky tires. I do believe the car is capable of 10`s on the stock tires and he might very well pull it off at the Nats, but the 10 second passes at Oscola was on sticky tires. The Nats may turn out to be one hell of a weekend... With the hot weather we`ve been having I doubt you`ll see a boat load of 10 second passes from anyone. :Smarty:
I believe Dave sold the Challenger the weekend of the nationals. Some boys in Florida now own the car. Determined to get into the 10's. That will nice to see.
