Does anyone have an opinion as to which one of these is a better match to the 350? I have used a s divider in the past but wasnt really happy with it. I am trying to decide on which way to go on my 350. Just looking for some info.
    Thanks,

    Jason,

You won't find a better intake than the TA Stage 1 intake for the 350!!:TU:

    S-Divider

I'm not at all happy with the s-divider. Put a Edelbrock carb. on my car when I did my 350. After tuning the carb. I'm still not happy with how it runs. Come to the conclusion its in the intake. nothing concrete to base this on, but a carb. should not give this much trouble new out of the box. Just my opinion.

My TA intake was the best power adder I ever bolted on - besides the cam.

It is a simple design - no tricks. Built like the proven dual planes on the market for years.

I am not trying to trash Poston. I like those guys, but I do not believe that they did much dyno testing. I believe that their idea was good, but only on paper.

I really wish that they had designed a good single plane instead of competing with T/A!!

My 68 Skylark (with 350) felt MUCH stronger after I bolted on the TA Stage 1 intake. My brother has a 68 GS with a 70 455 moter and even he was impressed with how fast my Skylark was. On the flip side he had all kinds of problems with the S-divider designed for a 455. It didn't fit right and water leaked into the crank case. He has replaced it with a TA SP1.

I agree with everyone,I first had the S/divider on my350,I really did'nt know the difference having swapped to a 4 barrel Q-jt from a 2 barrel carb.I did notice an improvement when I swapped to TA's intake.I highly reccommend it:TU:

Thanks guys, I thought I was only one that didnt like or should I say, have problems, with my S divider from poston. I have to agree that I had nothing but trouble after I bolted mine on too. I changed carbs and all kinds of stuff but never really got to a good spot on it. When I get home I am going to chunk that poston to the side and get the TA ready to bolt on. Anyone want to buy a new poston intake.
