i would like to request prayer for my mother and i. here's the back ground: the house we rent was sold at a sheriffs'sale, and bought by a man from colorado. he put new a roof on,and installed a new furnace,he was a very nice man. out of the blue, he tells us he sold it to a lady in new york,(he is some kind of a property buyer)so we don't know what is going to happen to us. he left the rent at $350,(which we can barely afford). now, we are both worried that if this new owner raises it higher,we may be forced to go. so please remember us in prayer, this is really worrying us.
Jeff, God will provide answers if we trust Him. Ask the new owner to finance the house for you at 350 a month. It is done all the time. If they show an interest in this, be sure to get advice on the contract. Most major universities have Real Estate programs and a qualified professor who could guide you through the process. I good (local) Real Estate agent could also help. I pray it works out for you both. Patrick
Taking this problem to the Lord is a good thing. Asking for forgiviness of sin, and presenting your requests in ernest, will produce an answer to this dillema. Lakotas advice is real good, but don't forget to remain in prayer while doing the decision making.
well,so far we have not heard anything from the new owner, except they own other property here where i live. whoever she is,she plans on coming here in feb to do something with her other places. our main concern is that the rent is not raised too much.moving would not be possible,at this time. keep thinking of us!! God bless!!
