Hi all, anybody ever ship a rear end or have a clue on how to do it? If so please fill me in on the details. PM me or e-mail direct to BGS455@aol.com. Thanks.

Check into truck shipping, they're the only ones who are going to be able to do this. Of course it's going to have to be VERY WELL CRATED. I don't have any specific companies to recommend. If no one else steps up here with some better advice.. call Moser or Currie. They ship rear ends daily... I'm sure they could point you in the right direction!:TU:

Last time I used a company called Roadway Express/Reimer Express. They were on time, and shipped for a good price...no small miracle for Canadian shipping.

The rear was put on a pallet, wooden frame around it, bound up by good strong welding wire. Did the job pretty well.

I used Forward Air to get a Ford Sterling Truck rear (600lbs) from Utah to New Jersey several years ago. I believe it was around $110. Sender dropped it off at their terminal near the airport in Utah and I picked it up at their terminal here in NJ.
