Shortest possible Th400 output shaft

Hi Guys

Started mocking up the Th400 to Borg Warner transfer case this afternoon.

Soon became apparent that I could use a far shorter output shaft than the one currently fitted to the Th400. I've looked around but don't know enough about the variations of this transmission to be sure I have found the shortest output shaft.

Here's a picture of what I'm doing.



If I could loose maybe 3" off the total length it would really help.

You need to get a 4X4 output shaft like this:

Anyone have a recommendation where to get one?
