Something has changed

Just can't seem to find out what it is.
Normally I would receive e-mail notifications once a subscribed thread was posted. This isn't happening.
Reviewed the list of subscribed threads & have to "recheck" the box for e-mail notification every time I log on.

can anyone tell me what I may have done?
