I am restifying a '70 GS455 convertible and need new front springs. The car is auto trans and was originally an A/C car with PS and PB, but has lost a lot of weight on the front end due to A/C delete (including removal of "suitcase" from firewall), aluminum stage 2 heads, headers, and a B4B intake. Body and front sheet metal is all stock. Car usage is street/strip with no intention of autocross or corner carving, but a moderately firmer ride than stock is preferred. Intended ride height is stock. What are some recommended sources for my front coils and what springs should I specify, given my intended usage and the non-stock engine and accessory weight?
https://www.springsnthings.com/coil-springs.htm They can help with stock specs. Have you corner weighed the car too see how much lighter the car is now? .

Thanks Dave and Larry. This info is very helpful. Not possible to weigh the corners now since the car is stripped to the firewall and was not weighed prior to disassembly. I know approximately how much weight I removed from the front end, based on the old weight loss thread.
