Every thing was pretty straightforward so far with no glitches . On drivers side I have a 3/4” threaded electrical connector I’m guessing is for the reverse lights. What was originally used on the 68 skylark for the reverse lights? Another question is when I’m filling the trans up for first time, how many qts should I start off with? Total for TH350 is 14 I was told and any special procedures I should do when filling? Thanks guys

Reverse lights work off the neutral safety switch. Threaded connection is the speedometer cable. The fluid capacity of the THM350 is 20 pints. The only electrical connection on the ST300 is for the kick down. The THM350 uses a cable kick down.

Thanks Larry, another thing I realized is the St300 had a vacum line coming off the manifold behind the carb. Is this line used for the the Th350 as well

Yep the 350 needs vacuum aswell. Otherwise you'll have a 1 speed!

As Joe said, the THM 350 uses a vacuum modulator, so yes.
