I purchased new stabilizer links and brackets. The original links are a lot shorter than the new ones. The rubber brackets are larger than the new ones. What gives? Should I purchase a shorter bolt and cut the spacer to fit? It seems that the bolt may hit the upper control arm.

I would like to put this together this weekend.

I don't know what the deal is :Do No: I had the same problem. Until I get the correct bolts I put a 7/16 nut under the bolt head so I'd have clearance up top. Not pretty but it works for now.

Your originals look way shorter than any end links I've ever seen on any A-body.

Can someone give me the dimension of the bolt and the spacer?
