SKEETER Still not on the road!!!

How many stage 2 cars were made? Was it just an option you ordered from the dealer or what? If someone had a stage 2 g.s. today what would it be worth in good condition? Are there still some stage 2 cars running around or what? any info would be great or any sites with info.

    Thanks.

Zero made. All over the counter. There are some people on the Board that have them. The dealer option I believe started in the 68 400 model year. I know the some people on the Board have the 69 stuff. I believe Gary has one he ordered in 69.

Maybe I'm wrong but from what I understand there was two stage 2 cars made at the factory,1 Gsx that burnt to the ground in 71, and the kenne bell car that is getting a very nice restoration by a board member. Chris

I always thought they were F/X cars and not production cars. I assumed he meant production.

By the way do you know if a Board member has this supposed F/X car. Certainly Joe T should be able to ask Dennis Manner too. There is no question there was at least one factory F/X car cause DM told us it was worth 17 car lenghts in a quarter to be stage 2-- if my memory is not failed me.
