Just started looking for a floorshift (non tilt) steering column for a 65 Skylark. Restorable condition OK.

Don't know if it will work or not...

I have a floor shift steering column, not tilt, from a 68 skylark conv.
The steering wheel is cracked, everything else is in good shape.

Let me know if this will work...

    GStage1 Always looking for parts!

He needs a 65-66 column. Good luck finding one! Those are rare and
not cheap. 1967 was the first year for collapsible column and may interchange with 68. 69-72 are all the same.

    Thanks Gil,
George is right. The upper is similar but the mounts and lower are totally different. They are hard to find. I may have to modify my column shift unit to fit my needs. Well, it was worth a try to ask around anyway.
