This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things. To be able to enjoy the full potential of the board for you, you need to be fully registered.. and that's easy.. Just send an email to me at jim@trishieldperformance.com and I will verify your registration. This policy will remain in effect indefinitely, as it has completely eliminated the bad actors from our site, who would spam and hack it, once they gained access. Thanks JW

How do most of you handle the car get togethers on Sunday? Its a dilemma I have with not going to car shows because of church! your opinions are welcome.

You know I see it like this, Im saved now. God wont ban me if I go to an event once in awhile. You cant control when they schedule them. If it happens to be on Sunday and your not like involved in something that your absolutley needed, then I would go. Sometimes its not entirely nessisary to go to church to spread the good news.

10While Jesus was having dinner at Matthew's house, many tax collectors and sinners came and ate with him and his disciples. 11When the Pharisees saw this, they asked his disciples, Why does your teacher eat with tax collectors and sinners?

12On hearing this, Jesus said, It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. 13But go and learn what this means: I desire mercy, not sacrifice.[a] For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.

    Gary,

Include God in EVERYTHING you do. Begin the day with prayer. Pray together with your family if you can. (Car events are early so they may be sleeping). At these events be a good representitive of Christ's teachings. That doesn't mean thumpin' folks upside the head with the Bible (unless you want). But you know how to conduct yourself. People notice. You are aware of the importance of organized worship, so missing fellowship every once in awhile is OK. Its more important for folks who deny the importance of fellowship to join in. So Honor God throughout the day and have fun.
