I'm looking for any suggestions on suspension upgrade for my 69' skylark with a 455. I'm looking for a good street/strip setup. Nothing to radical though. I like a little nose down stance. I will take any suggestions. ( shocks, Springs and tires)?

Skylark springs are good springs and last forever. They made a tremendous difference on my car. Moog 5379 rear springs will help keep the rear up for tire clearance if needed, but are soft enough to definately help traction. If tire clearance is not a big problem use Moog 5401 rear springs to get that ass end down for better IC location.
Moog 5230 front springs are super great for traction and not too tall. Moroso's often perform no better for traction and collaps within a year or two.
Control arm/frame braces (UMI) are good insurance against crossmember distruction and crashing into the retaining wall.
An HR bar can save spending excess money on traction bars, air bags and expensive racing shocks, etc. www.hrpartsnstuff.com
Adjustable upper arms (UMI or HR) do help with getting pinion angle correct and sometimes help improve ET.
The front swaybar can be removed but still will handle reasonably well on the street if an HR bar is on the rear.
Stock control arms are OK if the lowers are boxed.
Tires: MT Sportsman pro looks stock but bite like MT streets. for serious ET, use MT Drag Radial. I like 26" 275/50R-15 Radials. Use 28" 275/60R-15 to raise the rear.
