Anybody got a method to refinish the inside of the taillights that is more than just spraying it silver? Or is that all there is to it?

I've had some good luck withe the "chrome" spray bombs from Duplicolor.

I cleaned the inside of the taillights, taped off the lens, and sprayed the taillight surround with Rustoleum aluminum spay paint. Came out very nice and still looks that way.

I've used the Rustoleum Chrome Spray with good results. Need good prep first, and if housing leaks, water will gray it. Eastwood sells mirroring spray for inside housings, I think it's just the Rusto Chrome in a can.

I use the shiny side of Reynolds Wrap.

Rustoleum Silver and it came out perfect and stock appearing. Removed the housing and plugged the bulb sockets before spraying. After dried put a little electircal grease in the sockets and reinstalled. Success!!!
