I'm working on my current project, it's a 1970 Cutlass Convertible. The trans kick down cable, goes from the gas pedal down to the transmission, is missing the piece that connects the cable to the trans. I bought a Jegs universal cable kit to hopefully fix this issue.. Has anyone used one of these?? I'm hoping it will reach the gas pedal and not be one that just connects near the carb..I haven't received it yet, just trying to get some input.... Thanks, Gary G.
