TH400 Torque Converter Recommendation

Having my numbers matching TH400 rebuilt and the converter guy that my trans builder used is no longer doing them. So now I need to find a torque converter for my car.

70 GS 455 with head work, oiling mods, B4B intake, 212 cam, exhaust manifolds and 364 Stage 1 rear. No A/C.

trans builder said that he would use a 2400 stall?

Talk to Jim. I just ordered one from him. If you go used, I have a Select Performance 3000 stall used 2 seasons that was build around a mild 455 build I’ll be listing soon.
