Wanted to Express my thanks to Jim at Tri Shield Performance for delivering a top quality 9.5" Torque Converter and 400 transmission. He suggested the upgrades and stall I needed for my '67 GS with an 580 ci aluminum motor. The Ultra Bell that I provided, caused him a lot of grief. After the Transmission was shipped backed to California and unpacked, I noticed a crack in the case at one pump mounting hole. Jim, without hesitation, had it sent back. He determined the Ultra Bell I provided, had distorted mounting bolt holes which caused the strain on the case. Jim replaced the case, re-installed the components and sent it back without any additional cost to me. Jim's integrity, skills and customer satisfaction is beyond question. I can sincerely say, he's the most honest business man I have ever worked with. You can purchase with total confidence! Thanks again Jim
