Yet another man suffering from "Sedanofobia" I feel you're pain and have been there. Once you let go and embrace the extra handles it will all be ok.
I think I posted earlier that I had never owned a four door car, only CC trucks & SUV's. But I just remembered, my first car was a hand-me-down '66 four door Dodge Dart. And I was happy to have it. Any car when I was in high school was fine by me!
With the exception of the '57 Buick Caballero, I don't think I have ever seen a four-door that wouldn't have looked better as a 2 dr. Having said that, three of our four vehicles are four-doors (actually the minivan has five). The only 2 dr that we own is the Buchev pickup. As a daily driver, the four door is a heck of a lot more practical.
So @Duane I told her this morning "So since you dont like 2 doors I'm going to have to sell your elcamino and she made that face I posted in my 2nd post and said no its for date night" lol
See my wife doesn't care how many doors it's got as long as the whole family can go in it, 2 seater coupes are off limits. My 69 Riv has a front bench seat with fold down middle arm rest and I have a set of buckets to go in it. The argument I'm having with the wife right now is I love buckets seats and she wants me to keep the bench seat because she likes it for date nights. Well on date nights I also LOVE the bench seat, so looks like the buckets gotta go! For info purposes we have a '13 Nissan Titan 4 door and '14 Kia Sorento SUV as our daily's so the Buick is just for weekends and cruise nights.
Hey Ronnie maybe your wife will compromise and let you keep the two-door car if you put a bench seat in it LOL
I was going to say the ranking goes 2 door, wagon or truck, 4 door. Why not get a wagon. The only way to make a 4 door cool is to make it into a limo or to complete the sleeper look.
Already got a wagon. Excuse the blue tape some times I think I'm a famous painter slash designer. When my boy was born last year this was my wife's idea. Like I said before, shes one in a million.
Update. The sweet old lady called and left me a voicemail. She said she would sale the burrrick. But I couldn't see it because of the bad angle. See I cant tell if it was a 61 4 door skylark/special or a lesabre/invicta. The only clue I got that in the grill you can see the Buick emblem in circle like the wagon above and it was colorful with blue and red.
