just got the b4b that ed helped me purchase. it looks really nice. i have all winter to decide what carb to put on it. should i go with my matching #q-jet? or a holly? for you guys running a b4b what carb are you using? any suggestions or opinions welcome!
What is it currently set up for? I run a qjet - good gas mileage and awesome performance. Good to see you got your intake! That was a fun thread to read
I run a Q-jet also because I like the stock look. I also painted the B4B red so you can't really tell it's on there.
b4b adam, the only non-stock items on my gsx are, electric fuel pump, gm hei and a k&n air filter. i know on my old 70 gs stage 1 i put on an 850 holly double pumper and it could not out-perform my q-jet which was re-done by jet performance. the car felt faster but the 1/4 time slips were the same.
