Up for sale is the 1972 Buick Riviera used to film the 2006 movie "Crank" with Jason Statham. You can see details in the Craigslist ad below. The car is currently located in Hollywood, CA and i've lowered the asking price from $17,000 to $15,000 obo! Car is 100% rust free California car and has fresh new upholstery. When you buy an old car it seems like you always have to go completely through it when you buy it, but this one is reliable and ready to enjoy right now. Please email me with questions or call me at 213-446-nine 8 one zero. Thanks for looking! I'd love to see this car go to a good home.

Sorry for the late reply, had some login trouble. The car is for sale, albeit quietly. I've recently put new 235/75/15 whitewalls on the car with my best 4 original chrome wheels on the car (I have 14 total wheels). I have the original wheels from the movie if you'd rather have those as well, or both even. Also, I've put brand new interior in the car, sending unit, starter, front brakes, etc. etc. etc. I'm asking $15,000 or best offer. You can reach me at 213-446-9810. My name is Jake and the car is located in Hollywood, CA.

HUH?? :Do No: 5K is a great deal on this one with all the work that had been done to it. I'm surprised that YOU are not trying to buy it.

Just a heads up, the ad says 15K, NOT 5k.

Yesterday, when I replied, the asking price was still at 15,000 US$:

He changed the asking price today:

Boattails are too common here at shows in the Netherlands, I want something a little bit more exclusive.
And I don't like the (1971 and) 1972 rear bumper and tail lights, the 1973 model looks much better :TU:

You should get ahold of the guy in "Hollywood Treasures" on the syfy channel he auctions off Hollywood Memorabilia, there was one show where he sold Bumble Bee the old Camaro from Transformers. Some people pay big bucks for this stuff. Might be worth a shot

Wow, a 10k price reduction??!! Thats a bunch! Erik, i see the timeline of all our comments got screwy. For what its worth, i was referencing the ad at the top of our page and was unaware that it wasnt current, and for whatever reason the link to the cl ad wasnt working for me. Apologies for any confusion.
