I dont know Adam. Dont you think I seem like a kid that could get along with everyone? I dont hold any grudges. I cant believe someone would be so stupid. Even if it is a grudge, you dont settle grudges with property destruction it only adds fuel to the fire. You settle disputes with words. God help whoever did it if I find out who it was. Is it easy to buy headlights for the oldies? Can I just go to Autozone ( :gt: ) and buy headlights?

Couple of years ago some one fisted the quarter panel on the GS at a high school foot ball game (still isn't fixed, about $1000). Then a couple of weeks ago some dip kid keyed my mom's GT convert in the Teachers parking lot at school (this is how they treat teachers?o No: )
Should have seen my 72 Stage 1 a group of local kids took a hatchet too! Every piece of glass,every piece of trim,seats,gauges, the whole nine yards even a 3 ft by 4 ft "sunroof"(hatchet) in the roof. It still seems like a foggy dream when I remember walking up on it in the back of my property. I was doing a frame off restoration on it, no insurance,total loss. Guess this is one of those few times I am the one when someone says "Just remember someone else has probably got it worse":ball:
I took the Riviera to my son's homecoming football game this year. During the game one of my neigbors comes up to tell me that some stupid is sitting on the hood of my Riv while watching the game from the parking lot. The thing I couldn't understand is why would this idiot would pick the oldest yet cleanest car in the parking lot to do that to. I was too late to catch him which is probably a lucky thing for both of us.:stmad: What goes through the minds of these people?
Unfortunately there are a LOT of brain dead people in the world! Just becareful how you resolve the problem, as I can tell you FROM EXPERIENCE, That grabbing the little B#%T&*DS is NOT the way. Had the vinyl top cut on my 72 by a rock thrown by a little urchant, & I grabbed him & his cousin, I GOT NAILED for assult by contact, cost $600 for attorney,and finded the minimum of $65 including court costs! Yes, they had to pay for repairs (took over a year) BUT I have a Class "C" Misdiminor on record, and they got probation, & had to pay damages & write an appology, being MINORS! WORST part, was The 1s MOTHER was who scratched her kid NOT ME!, Cop who wrote up incident gave me 2 choices, 1)take care of damage not to press charges, or 2) both would get charged, go to court & fight it. I chose the later, & got SHAFTED! The cop looked for information to get me out of the situation, but to no help, and to get it "expunged" takes a act from the Govenor of the State. MORE POLITICAL B.S. TEXAS law, states that I HAVE THE RIGHT to protect MY property, I DO have the RIGHT to use "DEADLY FORCE" if needed at NIGHT, if someone is stealing my property, or indangering my life, UNFORTUNATELY this was in the afternoon, & the car was in my driveway, so I could see them clearly. GOD HELP the person who breaks in my house or garage, to take or damage my property. Problem AFTER the fact, is even IF you find out Who & Why, is going to prove it. Scott replace them with a set of Sylvania Halogens H5001 + H5006 they make a huge difference over the standard sealed beams.
