The three looks of my 67 Special Deluxe Sport Coupe

I have been looking for this collage of my 67 showing the three different wheel/wheel cover options I have for it for some time. Finally laid my fingers on it. I used to change them around pretty often, but that was when I had more energy lol. All three sets were NOS when I first put them on the car - all could pass for NOS today.

 

I can't make out what those are in the top photo. I have to say though, as you know, i'm a chrome wheel guy and in my opinion if I were to rate the overall look of the car based on the tire wheel combo, it would be 2,1,3 starting from the bottom going up. I really like that car with the spokes on it!

 

The first wheel cover is this one

 

Oh wow, I know those well, my first '67 GS had them originally. Sure didn't look like them in the photo. I thought maybe it was a different style of a spoke cover.

 

nice car, I was thinking about using these Buick mag style caps on my 67 special deluxe

 

Could make for an interesting look, once on it may give it more of a Chevelke look, time will tell. But certainly worth a shot to set it apart

 

All those wheels look good because those whitewalls make em pop
