  2. In and effort to reduce the spam on the site, several years ago I had went to a program where I manually approve each and every new registration. This approval gives you full access to the site, to pictures, and to post, among other things.   3. The "Group Buy" for the 1967-68 Deluxe Steering wheel recasting is now officially "Open". Now is the time to start sending in the wheels. The latest date that the wheels must be received by Kochs is 31 March 2025 The cost for each wheel is $750. The only "up front cost" is your shipping the wheel. If you send in more than one wheel, each additional wheel will cost $700. Shipping and insurance to Kochs and return shipping will be extra.     This is the quad core from eBay in the pic it appears needle has 90° bend at bottom and the spring seated at bottom of assembly supposed to be there ? What does that cotter pin looking thing go?. IMG_20230221_193241563.jpg The guy had secondary butterflies reversed so would not close fully.. I want to put this back together so it can be properly stored

    The primary rod is bent, someone was in a rush to assemble it. The spring is supposed to be under the power piston, it pulls the rods up when spring pressure overcomes manifold vacuum. The silver cotter pin thing in the picture holds the float in place at the top of the fuel bowl.

    And the little oval tab, I suppose it might connect to the rod coming from choke plate only to disappear inside main body. Thanks by the way.

    The cotter pin thing is the hinge for the float.

    The tab connects to the choke assembly. It connects the choke assy to the rod that goes up to the choke plate
