I've lost my storage and this item has TO GO!!

Here's the 411 -- this is a three car parking/storage lift. Perfect for the collector, the restorer who needs more space, or the married man who's wife is threating him with divorce if he buys one more car part!!

I obtained it from a client of mine. He had this installed in his building with the plans of storing his cars, toys, motorhome, and trailer. It never happened though. The lift sat in his building (assembled) for two years collecting dust. The economy turned, and he had to sell the building at which time I bought it for his outstanding bill, plus another month's worth of detailing services. The lift was used only twice -- once for the purpose of verifying it worked (he parked his Hummer & Range Rover, over his Maserati for a night - brave man he is!) - then once for me to take the pictures below. I disassembled it, moved it to a friends dismantling yard where it's been sitting (disassembled) since (almost two years). My friend's now loosing half his yard due to a railroad expansion project, and I'm forced with getting rid of this unit for dirt cheap -- my loss is someones gain. This is a $12k+ lift -- which, although I would love to have a place to put it (assembled), the reality is I probably never will. So, before I send this thing to the recycling center as scrap steel, I'll see if anyone's interested. I would like to get $2000  for it certainly is worth it...

but the first person to post an offer over $600 takes it!!

For those who are serious about it, thinking about it, or may be interested; it all fits neatly stacked on a standard flat bed tow truck. I have a fork lift at my end and will be more than happy to load it for the one lucky person who at no extra charge. Shipping, however, would be up to you.

Here is a link for all the specs on the lift. Everything is with the unit, the pump, the lines, the lift poles, the fuse box, etc. It will most likely need new cables due to being stored outside, and it would also be a good idea to replace the nuts and bolts upon re-assembly. In the pictures below (before disassembly), as a reference, I'm 6' 1" and standing next to the stacker with it fully raised.

    Thanks for looking :)

Here's what I've been dealing with (below). Keep in mind this is after a few weeks worth of uncovering, discovering and discarding three dumpsters full of cr@p... all while trying to keep up with my normal day to day activities of being single parent of three teens with a mortgage. As soon as I locate the second one (one half of the grill has been found), I'll get the shipping cost to you. Thanks for your understanding and patience in what has become an overwhelming task.

For those on the list of intrest with this lift - here is some of the particulars as they pertain to calculating shipping:

Lift is located in Anaheim California, 92807; it is aprox 21' long by 96" wide with a combined weight of right about 5500lbs. I have access to a forklift at my end to load it and will at no extra charge. There is easy loading street access for a full size flatbed semi. This item has to go ASAP (the First) however I can arrange a couple of extra days storage if I have a confirmed intrest (deposit). For assembling the lift, it can accomplished using a scissor lift which can be rented locally in most major metro areas. If you are not serious about this, please let us all know by saying so. I'm trying to follow the board rules here, but at the same time trying not to see this thing go to the scrap yard -- I'm sure it could find a good home.

    Thanks

    Aaron

the boards rules say I need to give mt5425 the chance to reply however, Dan, it might not be a bad idea to start getting bids or making tentative arrangements for transportation... :Brow: :Brow:
