Thanks to all, the HEI is complete. I replaced the weights and re-installed medium springs (picture below shows light springs) and it runs perfect. I have noticed three things since the switch. Much quicker starts, smoother idle and better milage. I did notice a change in my tach reading, but I'll post that on a new thread. Here is a picture of the corrected HEI (uncovered). :TU:
