?????????????? what parts are you talking about?? there are many. Your best bet is a service manual they have them all listed in the back of the engine section.
I'm thinking he is wanting to torque the head bolts. He didn't say manifold or valve covers ,rocker arms etc. He said head torque. I'm not sure where he is from but it sounds like the terminoligy they use there is different than here. Got to give these people a little slack. Bob H.

350 Buick cylinder heads to block bolt torque = 75 ft ibs. ( Assumes bolts are clean and lightly lubricated threads only)
Thanx Jim I was looking for the cylinder heads to block bolt torque! I have all the other info I need. I am from South Africa and support, spares and any info in this part of the world is very rare, so I have to ask on this forum as YOU PEOPLE seem to have all the right answers!
