Hi, I'm putting a built-to-the-hilt 200R4 in my car and it seems that a tranny cooler would be a good idea. After looking around, there are about a gazillion different ones and different sizes. I also have one of JW's tranny line kits that go through the frame. My question is, which size do some of you run here? My engine has never had an overheating problem as my entire cooling system is new and the 4-core hi efficiency radiator has the trans cooler in it. I was thinking of something along the lines of a smaller cooler, maybe 12x7x.75. Any opinions on if this is too small or enough? Thanks.
Same Problem? I too am looking for a trans cooler with the same question? Which one/size/etc.. I have a street/strip built ST400 switch pitch. Look forward to hearing your ideas out there. Couch o No:
I found one on ebay that must have some valve in it, supposidely, as the description says that it doesn't allow the fluid to get too cool, either. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/e...tem=7938455023&category=33727&sspagename=WDVW
