transmission fluid question

    Deadend4491 Electra225

    i got a 70 buick electra 225 with the original 400 trans, just curious about what type of transmission fluid you guys would recommend?

    Use any off-the-shelf ATF that is rated Dexron compatible. Even the latest Dexron VI is backwards compatible with the fluid specified for your '70. I've been using use inexpensive store-brand ATF for years with no issues.
