Cross draft booths might be alright when it's warm. But it gets to -40 out here so air makeup is ideal lol but sounds good I'll pm you

That's a great idea ! Your basecoat (sealer) being Blue under your stradomist. Because the sun will find that sealer on a sunny day ! good foundation!

Epoxy isn't the greatest sealer to use. 2K urethane sealer is a better choice, and easy to make in any color a person wants.

Your spray out card is on it's way the back side of the (metal) spray out card has gray primer on it that's the color I sprayed over. paint reacts differ when sprayed on paper. No white pearl in this color all old metallics. this mixing bank is only 3 months old it's all new toners! and that 974 toner that the discontinued . I found 4qts unopened . So if you like the panel . we will find a way to get you paint to the great white north .

i plan on using sikkens colorbuild plus primer over top of my epoxy to help with leveling everything and i can make it any color i desire so thats a bonus too!

X2, even current colors are a crap shoot trying to match, they're either to light, too dark, too coarse, too fine, too green, red, blue, brown, etc, hell, even black is sometimes too red, or blue:eek2: Not to mention colors with pearl in them!
Being a painter, one thing I've learned is color is all in how its perceived, I see green, you see more red, he see's a flop to blue when he stands to the left, its damn frustrating:mad:

Tanger57 I have Sikkens Colorbuild on my 72 Stage1. It's a Great Primer! I put 4 coats on all parts on top of Standox epoxy. But after I blocked all the parts. I put 3 coats of a tighter niched primer ( not heavy build ) Acually it was a standox primer sealer that you could mix (4 to 1 ) witch made it more denser/ thicker than the sealer. Boy it payed off!

Just to let you guys know I got the spray out, it's pretty close, especially considering its with no tinting and not being able to see the actual vehicle. It's a little on the lighter side and I feel my sikkens color is closer so so far I'll stick with my own
