trunk torsion bar and cheep rally's needed

i'm looking for the trunk torsion bar for a 1972 skylark (or any similar interchangeable model)

also looking for a cheap pair of Buick rallys as long as the chrome is restorable it is fine, preferably located near California due to shipping costs but if you have some and you live further away, like the east cost please post with what you think it will cost to ship, i kinda want 15" but i will consider 14's because beggars cant be choosy ou:
