OK.... Is there an easy way to adjust the shift points on a 69 turbo 350? Under WOT mine seems to rev to high. It seams like I am running out of power before it shifts. I can't remember if it all ways did this because I don't do much driving like that (WOT Shifts). I know about a year ago I told my friend the car would not down shift if you floored it when cruising. He told me to look at the trans cable at the gas pedel and see if it was loose. It had about an inch of play so I snuged it and recrimped it. Now it down shifts into passing gear fine. Would that have anything to do with it? Maybe it needs some play? I am going in for a converter this week and would like some info before hand on this issue. Thanks Mark
