TV Cable Bracket on an SP1

    How have you guys tackled this? A spacer to raise the carb is out of the question.

    I had to make my own, quadrajet type manifold 700R4 tranny it has worked well for about 5-6 years. I think Bowler Performance Transmissions makes one for Holleys. They call it "True Shift". Also I think Bowtie Chevy's make one too. Might need a spacer with both don't know. Mike D.

    Do you have any pictures? My main issue are the bosses for the stock throttle cable. If I wanted to use something like the TV Made EZ bracket, one or both of those bosses would have to be removed. I'd rather not cut into the intake but if that's what I need to do to obtain the correct distance and geometry I will.
