Guys from Michigan, I just got back from a heaven on earth junkyard. It's run by an older gentleman. It's on Winn Rd. a few miles north of M-46 in Montcalm County. This guy isn't too cheap, he won't let you take tools back, and you need his permission to wander around, but he has 120 acres of mainly pre 1970 vehicles. Over 10 Edsels, numerous '57 Buicks I noticed, '55-6 Chevies, Mustangs, Cadillacs, Thunderbirds, trucks. It's unreal...Not too many 60s era Buicks, in fact I was looking for a '65 Skylark for a rear taillight panel emblem, but I only found a '64 Special. Still just walking around was unbelievable, many of these cars still had engines that were long seized up I'm sure. A '60 T-Bird had a complete motor and Autolite 4100 4-V carburetor still sitting on it. The Special still had a complete 300-2V sitting in it. So if you're ever up that way, ask the guy if you can look around. It's worth it! Aaron
Ah I forgot my camera...I'll go back sometime soon to see if it's alright if I take pictures. It's a little over an hour away from my house, so it's not too far.
