Update on 70-72 Skylark Outer Wheel Houses

We have gotten an update on the outer wheel houses they are 4 weeks out right now, and everything is going good. :beer

 

Shane,What will the price be? The price will determine how many sets I will order so I hope the price will be in line with other outerwheel houses that are already being made.I am sure you would sell as many Skylark wheelhouses as Cutlass wheelhouses.

 

No price yet, we are going to have to wait until we are closer to getting them in.

Was wondering the same thing. The car is in the body shop waiting for these.

Wheel House Update

As of this afternoon, the Parts Place is quoting August for availability of the outer wheel houses. Said it may be sooner but don't count on it.

Like Glen, I need them now. The convt goes back to the body shop tomorrow.

I'd like them, but August sounds too late for me. :rant: o No:

 

As important of a part as the outer wheelhousing is to building a nice car, if it was me I would hold the bodywork/restoration off until they were available.
Of course I don't get in a hurry on car projects. We have 2 GSs' that are in the middle of restoration and haven't been touched in about 6 or 7 years. :laugh:
