I have a stock 1972 Buick 455 in a Pontiac Firebird. The engine runs like a champ. I am going to be running nitrous through the engine along with changing out some parts. I was thinking about going with a Edelbrock Intake, a new carb(any suggestions?), and changing out the cam. What are your thoughts on these upgrades, any suggestions on the cam and carb, and should I change out the heads and ignition system? Oh yes I am also going to have to change out the stock exaust manifold for headers too.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. The car is rarely street driven as it is my Wifes Beat The Heat bracket car.
