What is it? does 72 buick TH- 400 BB have this in its tranny's If not what advantage will this give me?

should be item 817,the heavy duti ones had more rollers,i think 32 vs 16 its been awhile,the tranny school lwent to was taught by a guy who helped develope the turbo 400 when he worked for gm,satd they were good to 600 horse in stock configuration
